Perfect for small batches, sample prints, or maximizing a single sheet with multiple logos, neck labels, and vibrant graphics. Our DTF transfers work seamlessly on cotton, polyester, blends, denim, and more regardless of fabric color.
Sheet Dimensions & Capacity
- Print Area: 14 inches wide by 24 inches long.
- Versatility: Fit up to 2-4 full-sized shirt graphics, or dozens of pocket-sized logos and tagless neck labels.
File Submission Requirements
To ensure the highest print quality, please prepare your artwork according to these specifications:
- Format: PNG or PDF only.
- Background: Must be fully transparent (no white backgrounds unless intended to print).
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum for crisp, non-blurry edges.
- Color Profile: CMYK is highly recommended.
- Design Layout: Do not mirror your images; our software handles mirroring automatically. Ensure text and thin lines are at least 0.02 inches (approx. 1-2 points) thick so they adhere properly.
Heat Press Instructions:
- Temperature: 300°F - 320°F (150°C - 160°C) for cotton/blends; 275°F - 285°F for 100% polyester.
- Pressure: Medium to Heavy (40-60 PSI).
- First Press: 10 to 15 seconds.
- Peel Type: [Insert Cold Peel or Hot Peel depending on your specific film type].
- Second Press: Cover with Teflon or parchment paper and press for an additional 5 seconds to lock in the design and create a soft, matte finish.
